At Nam Nam Sweet, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products. As we sell perishable food items (including chocolates and sweets), our return policy differs from non-food retailers.


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products and for food safety and hygiene reasons:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food or edible items once the order has been delivered.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Chocolates

  • Sweets

  • Baked goods

  • Any edible or perishable products

Once delivered, these items cannot be restocked or resold.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

In line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, you are entitled to a remedy if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Brief description of the issue


Resolution Process

After reviewing your claim, we will, where applicable:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund, or

  • Provide store credit

The resolution method will be determined based on the nature of the issue and product availability.

⚠️ Claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery may not be accepted due to the perishable nature of the products.


Order Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery. Failure to report any issues within the stated timeframe may result in the claim being declined.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
