Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We provide daily delivery service to all Emirates across the UAE, except for certain areas (such as Al Gharbia / the Western Region and some remote locations).

2. Delivery Times

Orders are delivered through refrigerated delivery companies to ensure product quality.

Delivery window:
From 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Delivery timing is determined based on the courier’s route schedule, therefore an exact arrival time cannot be guaranteed.

If you require delivery at a specific time (for example, in the morning), please arrange to receive the order one day in advance to ensure availability at the required time.

3. Placing Orders

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees start from AED 40.

For large orders, additional charges may apply depending on the delivery company.

5. Custom & Special Orders

We are pleased to accommodate custom orders and special occasion requests.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must answer calls from the delivery company to ensure successful receipt of the order.

If there is no response or the customer delays receiving the order, we are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery.

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Rejection of the order due to delivery timing
  • Failure to respond to the delivery company

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

Refunds are not available after this period.

No refunds will be issued after delivery except in cases where there is an issue with the product quality.
